DU Use Explanation

  • The moment when oil passes IN, the balanced position of all pistons is like the above diagram 1.

  • Continually give oil pressure at the left side of No.3 piston hole, push3-7 piston right side, and lead to No.6 oil exit to discharge oil.

  • At the same time, keep two inclined holes of the right side of piston 3 and piston 4 to be connected, which were closed before. And also keep the inclined hole of the left side of No.4 piston hole to be connected with no.3 oil exit.

  • Continually give oil pressure at the right side of No.4 piston hole, push 4-8 piston left side, and lead to No.3 oil exit to discharge oil.

  • At the same time ,keep two inclined holes of the right side of piston 1 and piston 4 to be connected, which were closed before. And also keep the inclined hole of the right side of No.1 piston hole to be connected with No.8 oil exit.

  • Continually give oil pressure at the left side of No.1 piston hole, push 1-5 piston right side, and lead to No.8 oil exit to discharge oil.

  • At the same time, keep two inclined holes of the left side of piston 1 and piston 2 to be connected, which were closed before. And also keep the inclined hole of the left side of No.2 piston hole to be connected with No.1 oil exit.

  • Continually give oil pressure at the right side of No.2-6 piston, push them move left side, and lead to No.1 oil exit to discharge oil.

  • Till now, it is finished the first half phase to discharge oil. The final position of piston is like the above diagram2.
